These terms govern orders placed through this shop. They sit alongside any written supply agreement you may already have with us; where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order placed here is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order — for example where stock has sold out, where a price was published in error, or where we cannot verify the delivery address.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5%. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout and is free on orders over AED 5,000. Prices for equipment are held for 14 days from the date of a written quotation; consumable prices track supply and may change without notice.

3. Delivery

We deliver across all seven emirates. Indicative lead times are stated at checkout: standard within three working days, express next working day for orders placed before 14:00, and collection from our Dubai warehouse the same working day. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees; where a delay is ours we will tell you as soon as we know.

Please examine goods on arrival. Visible transit damage must be noted with the driver and reported to us within 48 hours.

4. Returns and cancellations

Unopened, resalable stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit, less any return carriage. The following are not returnable:

  • opened inks, varnishes and other consumables, for contamination reasons;
  • media cut, slit or otherwise made to order;
  • equipment that has been installed, commissioned or used.

Nothing here limits your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

5. Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we administer on your behalf. Consumables are warranted to be genuine and within shelf life on delivery. Warranty does not cover damage from non-genuine consumables, from operating outside the manufacturer's stated environmental limits, or from unauthorised modification.

6. Payment

Payment methods offered at checkout are card on delivery, bank transfer, and cash on delivery up to AED 10,000. We do not take card numbers on this site. Card payments are captured on the terminal at delivery or through the bank's own hosted page. Title in the goods passes to you on payment in full.

7. Liability

We are liable for loss you suffer as a direct result of our breach, up to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, production or contracts, nor for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
