This notice explains what we collect when you use this shop, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. What we collect
- Order details — your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, and the items you ordered.
- Enquiry details — whatever you send us through the contact form, including the message itself.
- Your bag — the items you have added, kept on your own device so the bag survives a page reload.
We do not collect card numbers. No card number, expiry date or security code is entered on, transmitted by, or stored on this site.
2. Why we use it
To quote, fulfil and deliver your order, to answer your enquiry, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and to provide warranty support. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
3. Where it is kept, and for how long
Order records are retained for the period UAE tax law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Your bag lives in your browser's own storage until you clear it or complete the order.
4. Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our delivery partners get the address and contact number, and a manufacturer gets the serial number and your details where a warranty claim requires it. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.
5. Cookies and local storage
This shop sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for one thing only — remembering the contents of your bag between page loads. Clearing your browser storage empties the bag and removes it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to sales@flex-europa.me and we will respond within 30 days.
